HPL engineers designed the structure for this large banquet wedding facility of two story with a mezz floor and 2nd floor terrace in Franklin township. The Octagon shaped wedding halls can host 500 people at 1st floor and host 300 people at 2nd floor. The cocktail halls at 1st floor and 2nd floor are large span framed. Steel columns and beams with composite concrete metal deck floor were found most suitable and economical for this building. Spread footings support columns, Strong 8 inch light gage studs were used for framing the 22 feet high walls between ground and 2nd floor.
