The building has a total of more than 75,000 sq ft. area as hotel units with parking area in 1st floor backyard. There are recreation areas at 1st floor and a backyard garden area at first floor. The building was designed as poured in place concrete with caisson pile foundation support. The layout of columns were carefully designed to coordinate with hotel layout requirement, cellar open lobby, and backyard garden, and 1st floor lobby, recreation area, parking garage in the back.
